Information on changes to the structure of Human and Social Services
The County Boards of Forest, Vilas and Oneida Counties passed resolutions which may modify the governance and management structures of Human and Social Services in the three Counties. The Counties have engaged a consultant to assist in determining the new structure.
Human and social services provided by the Counties include behavioral health (mental health, substance use) services, developmental disability services for children, child protection and child/family welfare services, juvenile justice services, adult protective services, income maintenance, and in some Counties, aging and/or child support services.
We are working on developing a page on this website to provide the community with information as it becomes available. Please check for updates. In the meantime, if you have any questions or concerns, please go to the Contact Us page. You can send us an email from that page.
